KaS teacher and staff remain in regular touch of parents and foster all round development of KIDZ. Apart from routine parents teacher meeting workshop for parents is organised at school to equip parents with correct parenting tools. These workshops provide assistance to parents and teachers as they work together to identify area need, develop a course of action and ensure its implementation in close association of parents.

Such workshop is facilitated by a resource person who usually use to be a subject matter expert.
